How much does cleaning cost?
Every home and property is different, so we quote rather than publish a rate card. Tell us the size, the condition and how often you want it cleaned and we'll come back with an estimate. Estimates are free and there's no obligation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes to both. If you'd like to see proof before we take a key, just ask — we'd rather you did.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key or a door code. For vacation rentals we work from lockboxes and smart locks as a matter of routine.
How far do you travel?
Luray and Page County are home, and we regularly work in the surrounding valley. If you're farther out, call and ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
How soon can you start?
Often within the week, though it depends on the season and the size of the job. Vacation rental turnovers and closing-date move-outs get scheduled around their deadlines, so call as early as you can.
