How is this different from a regular cleaning?
A regular clean maintains a home. A deep clean resets it — the difference is the work that takes time: inside appliances, behind and underneath things, up at ceiling height, and along every baseboard rather than the visible ones.
How long does it take?
Considerably longer than a standard visit, and it depends entirely on the size and condition of the home. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote it, not an optimistic one.
Should my first cleaning be a deep clean?
Often, yes. Starting from a deep clean means every visit after it is maintaining a home that's already caught up, which usually costs less over the year than repeatedly working uphill.
Do you clean carpets or upholstery?
We vacuum thoroughly, including edges and under furniture where it moves. Steam extraction and upholstery shampooing are a separate trade — ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help or point you to someone who can.
