Empty is ideal — it cleans faster, costs less and nothing gets missed behind a dresser. We can work around furniture if the timing doesn't allow it; just tell us when you're quoting.
Can you meet a closing date?
Yes, and we'd rather have it as early as possible. Real estate deadlines don't bend, so we schedule them ahead of flexible work and confirm the day with you in writing.
Do you handle post-construction cleanup?
Yes. Renovation dust settles for days and normal cleaning just moves it around, so those jobs get multiple passes, including vents, trim and glass. Mention the work that was done when you request a quote.
Will this get my deposit back?
