Meet Ginny

Ginny's Cleaning Services is a local business in the plainest sense of the phrase. We're based in Luray, we clean for people who live and rent property around Page County, and if we do a poor job we hear about it at the grocery store. That's a better quality-control system than any corporate handbook.

The work splits roughly in two. There are the homes we clean on a schedule — every week, every other week, once a month — where the point is that you stop having to think about it. And there are the properties on a deadline: a cabin between guests, a house before a closing, an office after a build-out. Different pressure, same standard.

Luray has changed as the valley has filled up with visitors. Cabins that once sat quiet are now booked most weekends, and their owners often live hours away. Being the person in town they can hand a key to has become a real part of what we do.

What we promise is unglamorous and it's the whole job: we show up when we said we would, we clean the parts nobody looks at as well as the parts everybody does, and if something goes wrong we tell you before you find out yourself.

• Deep Cleaning — A top-to-bottom reset for a home that needs more attention than a routine visit can give it.
• Vacation Rental Cleaning — Turnover cleaning for cabins, Airbnbs, Vrbo listings and second homes across Page County.
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — Empty-house cleaning for closings, lease turnovers and getting a property ready to list.
• Commercial Cleaning — Routine cleaning for offices, shops and small commercial buildings — on a schedule, after hours.
• Window Cleaning — Streak-free glass, plus the sills and tracks that most window cleaning skips.

Where we work

Luray and Page County are home — Luray, Stanley, Shenandoah, Rileyville — and we regularly work in the surrounding valley. If you’re farther out, ask: we’d rather tell you honestly than take a job we can’t serve well.
