The short version
We collect what you type into the quote form so that we can call you back about cleaning. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who isn’t helping us run this website.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the town and ZIP code of the property, details about the property and anything you write in the message box.
- Basic usage data. If analytics is enabled, we see aggregate information — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether people click to call. We use it to understand what the site needs to do better.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and schedule cleaning.
- To keep a record of the work we’ve quoted and done.
- To improve how this website serves people looking for a cleaner.
We do not send marketing emails or texts from this form, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we will.
Who else sees it
Quote requests are delivered to us by email and, where enabled, by text message, using standard service providers for that purpose. Those providers process the message on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. The website itself is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which necessarily processes ordinary server request data.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad tracking. If analytics is enabled, it may set a cookie or store a small amount of data in your browser to distinguish one visit from another. You can block or clear that in your browser settings without affecting the site.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email for as long as we need them for business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
